Panzer II F

The Panzer II is an early war German tank. The F model was the final major version of the Panzer II, with 509 built between March 1941 and July 1942.

Not having painted for over a year I wanted to deal with a single color scheme. I chose Panzer Gray because it was a single color and I had never done anything in Panzer Gray. As these were late model Panzer IIs, I envisioned them in Russia in summer of 1941 or 1942, a bit bleached by the sun and a little dusty.

The models are GHQ. The media is oils.
